The Dispatch ScheduleIf you are hosting a session, it's usually a good idea to have a notepad nearby. A good SAHP dispatcher will jot down the names of the Officers involved in the patrol. He or she will begin the session with roll call, and each officer will advise Dispatch of their Unit Designation. As the Dispatcher learns each Officer's unit number, he should mark that down as well. The same unit number should be used by the same Officer throughout the entire patrol, so the dispatcher should only have to do this once. Here's a mock up of the schedule system I've used so far. Printing up this card is obviously not required to manage a session. However, something on par with this chart can help tremendously. To explain the fields, Officer is the players name. The Division is determined by what station you're patrolling out of, the designation is determined by what type of unit is in question. The Unit is the number marked on the Officer's patrol car. The Duty column is for notations concerning what the Officer has had to do. If an Officer spawns at a crime scene set up, the Dispatcher should note that they had to be a first responder, and give them a commendation if they handle the scene appropriately. Demerits are for contrary behavior, of course. Here is a marked up copy of a SAHP Dispatch Schedule, to show what the catagories might look like filled in.
