P005: Phelping Out
(One officer will spawn at a crime scene. Ask which one that is. Instruct him to first turn on any patrol car lights in the vicinity, then he needs to shoot the subject that is up against the wall. This is the dead body at the crime scene. The officer in question must stay near the body and keep it in sight so that it doesn't despawn. Once this is accomplished, the patrol may begin.)

(First Call) All units are 10-46. Units be advised, we have an APB on a blue van, occupy times two, wanted in connection with an armed robbery in Grapeseed. Approach with caution, call in for additionals if you get eyes on the van, over.
(Next call, asap) Units respond to an assault, Beekman's garage, code two. Victim is a white female, assailant described as an older white male, possibly wearing a bathrobe. 11-41 already on scene and providing medical. Responding units identify, over. (This is the evidence marker on the map)

Caller works there, says that there's an intoxicated male pushing dumpsters around and climbing on their awning. Subject is believed to be Bo Bigdale. Units to handle respond code two, over. Additional units direct to another roadblock being established on the East end of town, corner of the GOH and Procopio. We have an APB on two white surfer vans, believed to be involved with an illegal arms trade.
(Next call, asap) We need a unit to break away from one of those roadblock assignments and respond to a public disturbance in the parking lot of Willies Supermarket on Paleto Blvd. Unit to handle, identify and respond code one, over.
